      Marta was abandoned as a pup, and was the most pitifully cute creature you could imagine. She was brought to the shelter by a woman who no longer lives in this city, but still visits and helps out once a month. Marta has never forgotten her, and is very loyal.

      She is friendly with other dogs, but a bit timid with the more aggressive ones. She is also quite timid with new people, but if they leave her alone, sit down and let her come when she is ready she is very affectionate.

      She would be best suited to a quiet home with a singe person or couple. She avoids loud people, so a home with children isn’t really for her!
