Molly
ancient!
female-spayed
13kg
Poor Molly! She had a rough time in the past. She was used for breeding litter after litter of pups, and then dumped when she got too old for it. Now she is spending her winter years in a shelter. We do the best we can for her though. She has her own separate area for sleeping: it’s wind-proofed as much as possible, has a tree, and a huge soft bed for the old girl.
She loves her food, and can hear a can opening or bag of kibble being shaken from miles away. Whenever we are there she runs with the other dogs and still likes her walks. She tends to act like a shadow and stay very close to people, in the hope that they will reach out a hand a give her a scratch and some loving.
Unfortunately, Molly cannot be an in-house dog. We don’t know if she was never house-trained (if she was kept in a cage before this is possible) or if she is incontinent from old age, but Miss Molly pees wherever she she gets the urge, whenever she gets the urge. And at her age, she gets the urge a lot!
